手法整复治疗产后骶髂关节半脱位的效果分析以及对睡眠质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨对产后骶髂关节半脱位患者进行手法整复治疗的临床效果及其对睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2018年10月到2019年10月山东第一医科大学附属莱钢医院康复医学科收治的产后骶髂关节半脱位患者62例作为研究对象,所有患者均接受手法整复的治疗措施,观察并统计患者接受治疗后的总体有效率、后遗症发生率及睡眠质量评分情况。结果:所有患者接受治疗后,治愈率为58例(93.55%),有效率为4例(6.45%),无效率为0例(0%),总体有效率达到100%。治疗后并未发生任何后遗症;与治疗前比较,治疗1个月后患者的各项睡眠质量评分显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对产后骶髂关节半脱位患者行手法整复治疗,治疗效果比较理想,具有有效性和安全性,同时还能够改善患者的睡眠情况。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of manual reduction in patients with postpartum sacroiliac joint subluxation.Methods:A total of 62 patients with postpartum sacroiliac joint subluxation from October 2018 to October 2019 in the Laigang Hospital Affiliated to Shandong First Medical University were selected as research objects,all the patients were treated by technique of reduction measures.The overall effective rate incidence of sequelae and sleep quality score were observed and counted after the treatment.Results:After treatment,the cure rate was 58 cases(93.55%),the effective rate was 4 cases(6.45%),the ineffective rate was 0 cases(0%),and the overall effective rate reached 100%.There were no sequelae after treatment.Compared with before treatment,the scores of sleep quality of patients decreased significantly after 1 month of treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Manipulative reduction for postpartum patients with sacroiliac joint subluxation is effective and safe,and can improve the sleep of the patients.
