中药治疗对痰瘀互结型初发高血压患者血、尿代谢组学、肠道微生态及睡眠质量的影响研究

摘　　要：目的:研究中药治疗对痰瘀互结型初发高血压患者血、尿代谢组学、肠道微生态及睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2019年9月至2020年4月河北省滦平县中医院内一科收治的高血压患者40例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组20例。对照组患者服用西药降压药(厄贝沙坦、氨氯地平)治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上加用中药化痰祛瘀方治疗。留取2组患者治疗前后的血、尿、便等标本,观察2组患者的血、尿代谢组学和肠道微生态的变化。结果:2组治疗14 d后,观察组血压明显低于对照组(P<0.05);各项血尿指标低于对照组(P<0.05);肠道微生物较对照组略有增加(P<0.05);观察组睡眠质量优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药对痰瘀互结型初发高血压患者血、尿代谢组学、肠道微生态和患者睡眠质量的影响有一定的疗效,具有临床参考价值。Objective:To study the effect of traditional Chinese medicine treatment on blood,urine metabolomics,intestinal microecology and sleep quality in patients with primary hypertension with phlegm and blood stasis.Methods:Forty patients with hypertension who met the diagnostic criteria From September 2019 to April 2020 in Clinic of Organization Department of CPC Luanping County Committee were randomly divided into a control group and a observation group of 20 patients.Patients in the control group took western medicine antihypertensive drugs(irbesartan,amlodipine),and patients in the observation group added traditional Chinese medicine Huatan Quyu prescription on the basis of the control group.Obtain blood,urine,and stool specimens of the two groups of patients before and after treatment,and observe the changes in blood,urine metabolomics and intestinal microecology of the two groups of patients.Results:After 14 days of standard treatment in both groups,the blood pressure of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);the hematuria indexes were lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);The sleep quality observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05),all with statistical significance.Conclusion:Chinese medicine has a certain effect on the effect of blood and urine metabolomics,intestinal microecology and sleep quality of patients with phlegm and blood stasis type initial hypertension.It has clinical reference value.
