中医护理干预对2型糖尿病失眠患者血糖及睡眠质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究2型糖尿病失眠患者运用中医护理干预对其血糖和睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2019年8月至2020年4月福建中医药大学附属人民医院收治的2型糖尿病失眠患者120例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组行常规护理,观察组行中医护理干预,比较护理干预效果。结果:护理后2组的血糖值较护理前均有所改善,并且观察组护理后的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白均显著小于对照组;观察组护理后的睡眠质量指数低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将中医护理干预应用于2型糖尿病失眠患者的临床护理上不仅有利于平稳降糖,同时也有利于改善患者的睡眠质量,值得推广。Objective:To study the effect of TCM nursing intervention on blood sugar and sleep quality in patients with type 2 diabetes and insomnia.Methods:From August 2019 to April 2020,120 patients with type 2 diabetes insomnia were randomly divided into control group and observation group,60 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing and the observation group received traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention to compare the effect of nursing intervention.Results:The blood glucose levels of the two groups after nursing were improved compared with those before nursing,and the fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin of the observation group after nursing were significantly lower than those of the control group,P<0.05;The sleep quality index of the observation group after nursing was lower than that of the control group,the difference was significant.Conclusion:The application of traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention to the clinical nursing of patients with type 2 diabetes and insomnia is not only beneficial to steadily lowering blood sugar,but also beneficial to improving the sleep quality of patients,which is worthy of promotion.
