导乐分娩对初产妇产后情绪状态及睡眠状态的影响研究

摘　　要：目的:探究导乐分娩应用于初产妇分娩辅助中,对产妇产后情绪状态和睡眠状态造成的影响。方法:选取2017年9月至2019年12月宁津县计划生育妇幼保健服务中心收治的初产妇100例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组产妇采用常规分娩护理,配合观察组产妇,则应用导乐分娩进行配合,记录产妇的SAS以及SDS评分和所有产妇的入睡时间、平均睡眠时间,分析组间差异。结果:在分娩完成后,相较于对照组来说,观察组产妇的SAS以及SDS评分明显更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。而在实验结果中,观察组产妇的入睡时间更短,并且睡眠时间更长,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在对初产妇进行分娩辅助时,选择导乐分娩能够有助于改善产妇的分娩后情绪状态和睡眠状态,值得推广。Objective:To explore the effect of doula delivery on postpartum emotional state and sleep state of primipara.Methods:A total of 100 primiparas treated in Ningjin County Family Planning Maternal and Child Health Care Service Center from September 2017 to December 2019 were selected as the research subjects,and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine delivery nursing,and the observation group received Doula delivery,and the SAS and SDS scores of the women were recorded,as well as the sleeping time and average sleeping time of all the women,and the differences between the groups were analyzed.Results:After delivery,compared with the control group,SAS and SDS scores in the observation group were significantly lower,with statistical significance(P<0.05).In the experimental results,the observation group of maternal sleep time shorter,and longer sleep time,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The choice of Doula delivery can help improve the postpartum emotional state and sleep state in the delivery assistance of primipara,which is worthy of promotion.
