摘 要:目的:分析教学式舒适护理干预对产妇睡眠质量障碍及分娩结局的影响。方法:选取2019年10月至2020年10月淄博市妇幼保健院产科收治的产妇的100例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组产妇采用常规护理,观察组产妇采用教学式舒适护理模式护理。比较2组护理后的睡眠质量障碍及分娩结局。结果:护理后观察组产妇的睡眠质量、日间功能、睡眠时间、入睡时间、睡眠效率、催眠药物和催眠障碍均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且观察组产妇选择自然分娩的例数显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:教学式舒适护理干预模式对于产妇的睡眠质量障碍有较为明显的改善,且对产妇的妊娠不良反应也有所降低,同时可以促进产妇选择自然分娩,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To analyze the effect of teaching comfortable nursing intervention on sleep quality disorder and delivery outcome.Methods:The case data of 100 parturient treated in ibo Maternity and Child Health Hospital from October 2019 to October 2020 were selected as the research object.The 100 parturient were divided into control group and obsertation group according to the different nursing methods.The obsertation group adopted the teaching comfortable nursing intervention mode nursing.Both groups had 50 cases.Sleep quality disorders and delivery outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results:The sleep quality,day function,sleep time,sleep time,sleep efficiency,hypnotic drugs and hypnotic disorders in the obsertation group were better than those in the control group after intervention(P<0.05),and the number of spontaneous delivery in the obsertation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(46/32;P<0.05).Conclusion:The teaching comfortable nursing intervention mode has obvious improvement on the sleep quality disorder of the parturient,and the adverse reaction to the pregnancy is also reduced,and it can promote the natural delivery of the parturient.It is worth popularizing in clinic.
