摘  要:目的:分析母婴睡眠质量对产褥期妇女负面情绪及产后恢复的影响。方法:选取2018年6月至2019年6月江门市妇幼保健院妇女保健科收治的产褥期妇女526例作为研究对象,观察并记录母婴睡眠质量,分析母婴睡眠质量对负面情绪和产后恢复的影响。结果:婴儿的睡眠时间12 h以上达到86.88%,夜间睡眠时间8 h以上68.44%,睡眠异常者达到80.04%。产妇夜间睡眠时间6 h以上达到65.40%,睡眠质量较好的达到69.96%,夜间安抚婴儿时间较长的达到89.54%。睡眠良好组不良情绪发生率为8.97%,睡眠较差组达到50%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:良好的睡眠能够改善产褥期妇女负面情绪,促进其产后恢复。针对产褥期妇女负面情绪及产后恢复需求,应积极改善母婴睡眠质量。Objective:To analyze the influence of maternal and infant sleep quality on negative emotion and postpartum recovery of puerperal women.Methods:From June 2018 to June 2019,526 puerperal women admitted to the women's health care department of Jiangmen maternal and child health hospital were selected as the research objects.The sleep quality of mother and infant was observed and recorded,and the influence of sleep quality of mother and infant on negative emotion and postpartum recovery was analyzed.Results:86.88% of infants sleep more than 12 hours,68.44% sleep more than 8 hours at night,and 80.04% sleep disorders.The results showed that 65.40% of the pregnant women had more than 6 hours of sleep at night,69.96% had better sleep quality,and 89.54% had longer time to pacify their babies at night.The incidence of bad mood was 8.97%in the good sleep group and 50% in the poor sleep group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Good sleep can improve the negative emotions of puerperal women and promote their postpartum recovery.In view of the negative emotions of puerperal women and the needs of postpartum recovery,we should actively improve the sleep quality of mothers and infants.
