护理干预对泌尿外科术前患者情绪和睡眠的影响研究

摘　　要：目的:研究泌尿外科手术患者术前接受护理干预对其情绪、睡眠质量产生的影响。方法:选取2019年4月至2020年4月中国人民解放军陆军第七十三集团军医院收治的手术的泌尿外科患者90例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组45例。对照组给予常规术前护理,观察组在术前护理中运用护理干预,比较2种不同术前护理模式对患者情绪和睡眠情况产生的影响。结果:经护理后,观察组患者术前的焦虑情绪和抑郁情绪较对照组比较相对较轻,评分更低,并且观察组患者的睡眠质量优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:泌尿外科手术患者在术前接受系统化的护理干预更有利于改善其不良情绪,保障其睡眠质量,为手术的顺利实施奠定重要基础,值得推广。Objective:To study the influence of preoperative nursing intervention on mood and sleep quality of patients undergoing urological surgery.Methods:A total of 90 urological patients admitted to the 73rd Group Military Hospital of the PLA army from April 2019 to April 2020 were selected as the research objects,and randomly divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 45 patients in each group.The control group received routine preoperative nursing,and the observation group used nursing intervention in preoperative nursing,and compared the effects of two different preoperative nursing modes on the mood and sleep of the patients.Results:After nursing,the preoperative anxiety and depression of the patients in the observation group were relatively light compared with the control group,and the score was lower,and the sleep quality of the patients in the observation group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Systematic preoperative nursing intervention is more beneficial to improve patients'bad mood,ensure their sleep quality,and lay an important foundation for the smooth operation of urological surgery,which is worthy of promotion.
