综合护理干预对缓解肛门疾病术后患者疼痛的效果对睡眠质量的影响效果观察

摘　　要：目的:研究综合护理干预对肛门疾病患者术后疼痛程度和睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2019年1月至2019年12月安溪县医院收治的肛门疾病手术患者100例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组行常规护理,观察组行综合护理干预,比较2组的术后疼痛程度和睡眠质量。结果:观察组患者术后疼痛程度评分小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,观察组患者的睡眠质量优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对肛门疾病患者实施综合护理干预更有利于缓解其术后疼痛症状,同时可改善患者的睡眠质量,值得推广。Objective:To study the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on postoperative pain and sleep quality in patients with anal diseases.Methods:A total of 100 patients with anal diseases who were operated in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected and divided into two groups with a random number table method,50 cases/group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention to compare postoperative pain and sleep quality between the two groups.Results:The postoperative pain score of the observation group was less than that of the control group,the difference was significant;after nursing,the sleep quality of the observation group was better than the control group,the difference was significant.Conclusion:Implementing comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with anal diseases is more conducive to relieving their postoperative pain symptoms,and at the same time can improve the sleep quality of patients,it is worth promoting.
