舒适护理在移动式多导睡眠监测阻塞性呼吸暂停综合征患儿中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探析舒适护理在阻塞性呼吸暂停综合征(OSAS)患儿的移动式多导睡眠监测仪监测中的临床有效性。方法:选取2019年1月至2020年1月在厦门市妇幼保健院接受多导睡眠监测的OSAS患儿64例作为研究对象,基于乱数表法随机分为观察组和对照组,每组32例。对照组行常规护理干预,观察组行舒适护理干预,比较分析2组监测成功率和家属满意度。结果:观察组检测成功率为96.88%,对照组为84.36%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);通过问卷调查,观察组患儿家属护理满意度为96.88%,显著高于对照组的81.25%(P<0.05)。结论:在OSAS患儿移动式多导睡眠监测中实施舒适护理干预,有助于提高监测成功率,并可提升家属护理满意度。Objective:To explore the clinical effectiveness of comfortable nursing in the monitoring of mobile multi-channel sleep monitor for children with obstructive apnea syndrome(OSAS).Methods:A total of 64 children with OSAS who were monitored by polysomnography in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were included in the study.They were randomly divided into two groups based on the method of random number table,32 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,the exploration group received comfort nursing intervention,and the success rate of monitoring and family satisfaction were compared and analyzed.Results:the success rate of the investigation group was 96.88%,and that of the control group was 84.36%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comfortable nursing intervention in mobile multi-channel sleep monitoring of children with OSAS is helpful to improve the success rate of monitoring and the satisfaction of family members.
