复配型硅油对RTV-1脱醇型密封胶性能的影响

摘　　要：将MDT型硅油与二甲基硅油进行复配,以此作为增塑剂,配合羟基封端107硅橡胶、纳米碳酸钙、交联剂、偶联剂和催化剂,制得RTV-1脱醇型密封胶,着重讨论了不同配比的MDT型硅油与二甲基硅油对RTV-1脱醇型密封胶性能的影响。实验结果表明当MDT型硅油与二甲基硅油的配比为40︰60时,制得的密封胶综合性能最佳。The MDT silicone oil is compounded with dimethicone as a plasticizer,combined with hydroxyl-terminated 107 silicone rubber,nano-calcium carbonate,crosslinking agent,coupling agent and catalyst to prepare RTV-1 dealcoholized type Sealant.The effect of different ratios of MDT silicone oil and dimethicone on the performance of RTV-1 dealcoholized sealant was discussed.The experimental results show that when the ratio of MDT silicone oil to dimethicone is 40︰60,the overall performance of the sealant is the best.
