摘  要:采用气态膜脱氨法对火电厂产生的高浓氨氮废水进行氨氮脱除处理,研究了初始水质条件和系统运行条件对氨氮脱除效率的影响,并考察了氨尾气的吸收效果,提出了氨尾气资源化回用途径。试验结果证明,利用气态膜脱氨中试系统能够高效将火电厂高浓氨氮废水的氨氮浓度由1000 mg/L以上下降至300 mg/L以下。增大进膜流量、提高真空度、增大膜表面积有利于NH3传质效率的提升,内压式脱氨膜组件和外压式脱氨膜组件均有较好脱氨效率。气态膜脱氨系统尾气以除盐水循环喷淋吸收的方式效果不够理想,应考虑酸性溶液作为氨尾气吸收剂或直接回用气态氨尾气。High concentration ammonia-nitrogen wastewater produced by thermal power plant was treated by gas-membrane deamination.The effects of initial water quality and system operation conditions on ammonia-nitrogen removal efficiency were studied.The absorption effect of ammonia tail gas was investigated,and the recycling ways of ammonia tail gas were proposed.The experimental results show that the gas-membrane deamination pilot system can effectively reduce ammonia-nitrogen of high concentration ammonia-nitrogen wastewater from more than 1000 mg/L to less than 300 mg/L.The mass-transfer efficiency of NH3 can be improved by increasing the inlet flow rate,vacuum degree and membrane surface area.Both internal pressure and external pressure deamination membrane modules have good deamination efficiency.The effect of tail gas absorption by desalting water circulation spray is not ideal,so acid solution should be considered as ammonia tail gas absorbent or recycle ammonia tail gas directly.
