摘　　要：盆底功能障碍性疾病是一种在中老年妇女间常见的慢性疾病,给患者造成在生理、心理和社会功能上的退缩,严重影响妇女的生活质量。目前,在女性盆底功能障碍性疾病诊断方面,盆底超声作为盆底功能障碍性疾病重要的检查方法之一,具有其他检查不可替代的优势。本篇文章在国内外有关学者对盆底超声对盆底功能障碍性疾病研究的基础上,综合论述了盆底超声检查在盆底功能障碍性疾病中的诊断、诊治作用及优势。Pelvic floor dysfunction disease is a common chronic disease among middle-aged and elderly women,which causes the patients to withdraw in physical,psychological and social functions,and seriously affects women's quality of life.At present,in the diagnosis of female pelvic floor dysfunction diseases,pelvic floor ultrasound,as one of the important examination methods for pelvic floor dysfunction diseases,has the irreplaceable advantages of other examinations.Based on the research of pelvic floor ultrasound on pelvic floor dysfunction diseases by domestic and foreign scholars,this article comprehensively discusses the role and advantages of pelvic floor ultrasound in the diagnosis,diagnosis and treatment of pelvic floor dysfunction diseases.
