摘  要:随着番禺东北片区开发建设进度加快,为保障片区供水需求,某水厂拟扩建15万m^(3)/d生产线(三期)。原水属典型的微污染水源水,扩建后的生产线采用强化常规处理工艺,利用粉末活性炭应急投加以及炭砂双层滤池的生物作用,有效应对枯水期氨氮及其他原水突发性污染。其工艺流程为:原水-网格反应池-平流-斜管沉淀池-炭砂滤池-清水池;同时设置生产尾水处理单元,达到国家环保要求。In order to meet the water supply with the development and construction in the northeast area of Panyu,a water plant plans to expand 150,000 m^(3)/d production line(Phase Ⅲ).The new line adopts a strengthened conventional treatment process because of the typical micro-polluted raw water.It makes use of the adsorption properties of powder activated carbon in emergency dosing to response the sudden pollution,and the biological properties of carbon sand double layer filter to deal with the seasonal ammonia nitrogen pollution.The technological process is as follows:raw water-grid reaction-advection-inclined tube sedimentationcarbon sand filter-clear tank,also sets a tail water treatment unit to meet the national environment protection requirements.
