对氯硝基苯加氢用Pt/C催化剂载体改性研究

摘  要:采用不同试剂对活性炭进行预处理,并采用浸渍法制备一系列5%Pt/C催化剂,并考察不同预处理方式对对氯硝基苯催化加氢性能的影响。结果表明,HNO_(3)、H_(3)PO_(4)、EDTA和NaOH对催化剂选择性和转化率都有一定程度提升,经HNO_(3)预处理的5%Pt/C催化剂性能最优。当HNO_(3)浓度为15%时,对氯硝基苯的转化率为98%,对氯苯胺的选择性为96%,加氢反应过程中脱氯副反应较少,催化剂寿命较长且可多次重复使用。Activated carbon was pretreated with different reagents and a series of 5%Pt/C catalysts were prepared by impregnation method.The effect of pretreatment on the catalytic hydrogenation of p-chloronitrobenzene was investigated.The results showed that HNO_(3),H_(3)PO_(4),EDTA and NaOH improved the selectivity and conversion of the catalyst to HNO_(3) certain extent,and the 5%Pt/C catalyst pretreated by HNO_(3) had the best performance.When the concentration of HNO_(3) is 15%,the conversion rate of p-chloronitrobenzene can reach up to 98%and the selectivity of p-chloroaniline can reach up to 96%.In the process of hydrogenation,there are fewer side reactions of dechlorination,and the catalyst could be repeatedly used several times.
