摘  要:介绍了某喷水织机废水处理工程,该工程采用“气浮+厌氧水解+A/O生化+二沉+滤池”工艺,本文对设计参数、各个工艺段效率和运行费用进行了分析。气浮加PAC和PAM药剂,去除浮油和漂浮物质。厌氧水解设计的有机负荷为0.9 kgCOD/(m^(3)·d),COD去除率40%以上。缺氧反硝化A/O生化设计有机负荷0.5 kgCOD/(m^(3)·d),COD去除率为85%以上,污水经过滤池和紫外消毒处理后,最终出水中COD、氨氮、总磷各项指标达到《地表水环境质量标准》(GB3838-2002)Ⅳ类水标准,其他指标达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918-2002)表1中一级A标准,为喷水织机污水处理实现超低排放提供工程实践参考。An introduction about the general situation of water-jet Looms wastewater treatment project.The process contain air floatation-Anaerobic–A/O aerobic-filtration treatment.The design parameters,efficiency and operation cost of each process section were analyzed in this paper.air flotation dosing PAC and PAM,mainly to remove floating oil and floating substances.When the organic loading of anaerobic tank was 0.9 kgCOD/(m^(3)·d),the removal rate of COD could reach more than 40%.The organic loading of A/O system was 0.5 kgCOD/(m^(3)·d),the COD removal rate of A/O system was over 85%.After the wastewater was treated by filtration tank and ultraviolet disinfection,the effluent indicators of COD,NH3-N and TP was reached the classⅣwater standard of“Environmental quality standards for surface water”(GB3838-2002),and Other indicators were subject to standard A of Class I in Table 1 of《Discharge standard of pollutants for municipal wastewater treatment plant》(GB18918-2002).This paper provided a good reference for the realization of ultra-low emission of the water-jet Looms wastewater treatment.
