摘  要:以襄阳市护城河清淤工程为例,开展疏浚淤泥资源化处置制工程土方材料技术研究。淤泥破碎分散后掺入不同掺量固废掺料和水泥固化材料制成不同配方工程土,通过颗粒级配和稠度界限分析可将工程土划分为低液限黏土类。工程土14天养护龄期的无侧限抗压强度可达到528.2~642.5 Kpa,加州承载比(CBR)可达到高速公路或一级公路填土要求,固废掺料的加入不会破坏工程土的土力学性能,但会增加工程土颗粒粒径。现场规模碾压试验表明资源化工程土可达到填方材料压实度不小于93.0%的标准,并保持稳定。本研究具备优良的技术经济可行性,可为疏浚淤泥资源化处置制填方材料的大规模工程应用提供科学依据。Taking the comprehensive improvement project of Xiangyang moat as an example,the research on the technology of making earthwork materials by recycling disposal of dredged silt was carried out.The river dredging sludge was mixed with different amounts of stone powder and curing materials after broken and dispersed to make different formulations of engineering soil.The engineering soil was divided into low-liquid-limit clays through particle gradation and consistency boundary analysis.The unconfined compressive strength of engineering soil during the 14-days maintenance period could up to 528.2~642.5 Kpa,and the California load bearing ratio(CBR)could meet the filling requirements of highways and first-class highways.The field scale rolling test showed that the resource engineering soil could reach the standard of over 93.0%of the filling material compaction and remain stable.This research aims to provide a scientific basis for the engineering application of large-scale dredging sludge resource utilization to prepare fill materials.
