摘 要:对磺胺醋酰的实验室合成法进行改进,考察反应温度、反应物浓度、反应时间、pH、催化剂、加料方式对磺胺醋酰产率的影响。结果表明,最佳反应条件为:55℃下,乙酸酐第一次加入量为4.60 mL,NaOH为2.9 g,后分次间隔10 min加入3.0 mL乙酐和2.4 g NaOH,循环加料五次,此时磺胺醋酰的产率达到65.73%。此种方法使学生实验更易成功,收率更高,简化了纯化过程,节约了实验时间。The synthetic process of sulfacetamide sodium was improved.The reaction temperature,reactant concentration,reaction time,the feeding mode for the influence of sulfacetamide yield were examined.The results showed that the optimum reaction conditions were:at 55℃,the amount of acetic anhydride for the first feeding was 4.6 mL and sodium hydroxide was 2.9 g,then 3.0 mL of acetic anhydride and 2.4 g NaOH were feeded in the solution for five times,and the interval time was 10 min.This method makes it easier for students to succeed in experiments,with higher yield,simplifies the purification process and saves experimental time.
