摘 要:醛固酮在调节电解质和水的体内平衡以及维持血压方面起着重要作用。在醛固酮的生产中特别重要的是醛固酮合酶(CYP11B2),其催化该激素合成中的最后三个反应。许多研究表明,醛固酮合酶基因变异,尤其是-344C/T多态性,与高血压病有关。本文是对评估醛固酮合酶基因的-344 C/T多态性对高血压病发展的影响的研究的简短综述。本文还提供了有关醛固酮产生的分子调控基础信息。Aldosterone plays an important role in regulating the homeostasis of electrolytes and water and maintaining blood pressure. Particularly important in the production of aldosterone is aldosterone synthase(CYP11 B2), which catalyzes the last three reactions in the synthesis of this hormone. Many studies have shown that mutations in the aldosterone synthase gene, especially the-344 C/T polymorphism, are related to hypertension. This article is a brief review of studies evaluating the impact of the-344 C/T polymorphism of the aldosterone synthase gene on the development of hypertension. This article also provides basic information about the molecular regulation of aldosterone production.
