摘 要:循环水养殖技术是目前水产养殖行业重点发展的方向,循环水净化系统是保障养殖成功的关键措施。本研究研制新型复合载体生物流化床反应器,通过对比不同的载体、优化运行条件,探索在连续运行条件下,流化床反应器对循环水养殖污水的净化能力。实验结果表明,空心微球复合载体生物流化床具有更优的抗冲击负荷能力,稳定挂膜后,生物流化床可以在水力停留时间3.0 h,进水温度28℃,pH控制在7.0~8.0之间时实现循环水养殖水体的净化,CODCr去除率约60%,氨氮去除率约95%,亚硝酸盐氮去除率约96%,总氮约65%。被净化后的水体可返回循环水养殖系统重复利用,实现养殖污水零排放。Recycling aquaculture technology is the key development direction of aquaculture industry at present, and recycling water purification system is to ensure the success of aquaculture measures. In this study, a new compound carrier bio-fluidized bed reactor was developed. By comparing different carriers and optimizing operating conditions, the purification capacity of the fluidized bed reactor for circulating aquaculture wastewater under continuous operating conditions was explored. The experimental results show that the empty core ball composite carrier biological fluidized bed has better resistance to impact load capacity. After hanging membrane, biological fluidized bed can purify circulating aquaculture water by the hydraulic retention time of 3.0 h, water temperature 28 ℃, pH control between 7.0 to 8.0, and the CODCr removal rate is about 60 %, ammonia nitrogen removal rate by about 95 %, nitrite nitrogen removal rate by about 96 %, about 65 % of the total nitrogen. The purified water can be returned to the circulating aquaculture system for reuse, realizing zero discharge of aquaculture sewage.
