摘  要:针对观景苑内浜的黑臭水体,创新性地采用了软围隔河道内截污技术,辅以MBR膜生物反应器岸上强化技术、河道原位反应器生态修复技术和底泥疏浚技术对水体进行治理。运行结果显示河道水COD削减率28%~69%,氨氮削减率高达90%~97%,总磷削减率78%~87%。彻底消除了观景苑内浜的重度黑臭,将水质提升到地表水环境质量标准V类(GB3838-2002)。观景苑内浜治理工程投资107.40万元,年运行费用约10.22万元。The guanjingyuan inner creek has been treated by using the technology of Soft-enclosure river channels, MBR membrane bioreactor technology, river in-situ reactor ecological restoration technology and sediment dredging technology. The results showed that the reduction rates of COD, ammonia nitrogen and total phosphorus were 28 %~69 %, 90 %~97 % and 78 %~87 %, respectively. And the serious pollution of the river was completely eliminated. The river water quality achieved the criteria of level V in Environmental Quality Standards for Surface Water(GB3838-2002).The project investment is 1.074 million yuan, and the annual operation cost is 102.2 thousand yuan.
