摘　　要：对某在产橡塑制品厂地块进行采样分析,评价土壤和地下水环境质量状况,提出对于在产企业的建设用地土壤环境质量调查,应同时参考土壤环境质量调查建设用地土壤污染风险管控系列环境保护标准以及《重点行业企业用地调查疑似污染地块布点技术规定》。地块内共布设24个土壤采样点和13个地下水采样点,另外在地块外布设1个土壤和地下水对照点,共采集92个土壤样品和15个地下水样品,检测结果表明,该地块环境质量能够满足第二类用地开发使用要求,但地块内土壤和地下水中已有部分污染物的积累。Based on the sampling analysis of a rubber and plastic products factory plot, the environmental quality of soil and groundwater was evaluated. It was proposed that for the investigation of soil environmental quality of construction land of enterprises in production, the series of environmental protection standards for soil pollution risk control of construction land of soil environmental quality investigation and "technical regulations for distribution of suspected contaminated plots in land investigation of enterprises in key industries" should be referred at the same time. There are 24 soil sampling points and 13 groundwater sampling points in the plot, and one soil and groundwater control point outside the plot. A total of 92 soil samples and 15 groundwater samples are collected. The test results show that the environmental quality of the plot can meet the requirements of the second type of land development and use, but some pollutants have accumulated in the soil and groundwater.
