摘　　要：文章以新建铁路郑州至徐州客运专线工程为例,在分析建设项目施工期环境保护监理与水土保持监理优势和不足的基础上,讨论环境保护及水土保持在施工期的管理模式及方法,以郑徐客专工程为例,在环境保护监理与水土保持监理模式的合作成功的基础上,提出在施工期环水保管理工作中环保监理与水保监理应充分配合,发挥各自优势,以真正做好施工期环水保护工作。The article to Zhengzhou to Xuzhou railway passenger dedicated line project as an example, based on the analysis of the construction project environmental supervision during the construction and supervision of soil and water conservation on the basis of the advantages and disadvantages, discusses the construction way of environmental protection and soil and water conservation management, through to the Zheng Xu passenger dedicated engineering environmental supervision and the analysis of the soil and water conservation supervision cooperation, put forward in the ring during the environmental supervision management of water conservation and water conservation supervision should cooperate fully with, play to their respective advantages, to really increase water protection during the construction work.
