摘　　要：随着2010版《药品生产质量管理规范》的颁布执行,以及近十年来药品工艺核查、药品一致性评价和医药产品技术新政推进,中国医药生产技术正得到质的提升,医药行业投资成本也呈量级增长。在符合法规和技术要求的前提下,节约投资就显得很有经济意义。本文针对医药洁净厂房设计,从地域气候差别、生产剂型品种等方面,对医药洁净厂房的经济优化设计提出了一些措施,以降低工厂初期投资和运行成本。With the promulgation and implementation of the 2010 version of the "Good Manufacturing Practice", and the promotion of the new policy of pharmaceutical process verification, drug consistency evaluation and pharmaceutical product technology in the past decade, China’s pharmaceutical production technology is qualitatively improved, and the investment cost of the pharmaceutical industry is also increased by orders of magnitude. It is of great economic significance to save investment on the premise of meeting regulations and technical requirements. In this paper, some measures are put forward for the economic optimization design of the pharmaceutical clean workshop from the aspects of regional climate differences, production dosage forms, etc., so as to reduce the initial investment and operation cost of the factory.
