摘  要:本文采用氯仿直接萃取提纯4-氨基安替比林法测定水中挥发酚含量,考察了萃取次数对实验结果的影响。结果表明,仅用氯仿萃取提纯两次即可有效降低空白的吸光度,达到了国标中4-氨基安替比林分光光度法测定挥发酚要求的准确度。The content of volatile phenols in water was determined by direct purification of 4-aminoantipyrine with chloroform extraction, the effect of extraction times on experimental results was investigated. The results shows that the blank absorbance can be reduced effectively by using chloroform extraction for only two times, and the accuracy of determination of volatile phenol by 4-aminoantipyrine photometric method in national standard has been achieved.
