摘  要:"一锅法"合成^(18)F-FLT和^(18)F-FDG两种显像剂,并用于食管癌放疗疗效的监测。结果表明:^(18)F-FDG的总合成时间约25 min,未经校正的放化产率约为55%;^(18)F-FLT总合成时间约53 min,未校正放化产率约20%;^(18)F-FLT在鉴别肿瘤和炎性组织时比^(18)F-FDG更具有特异性。Automated synthesis of ^(18)F-FDG and ^(18)F-FLT are performed separately by one-pot reaction procedures at TRACERlab FXF-N system,and used for monitoring radiotherapy efficacy of esophageal carcinoma.Results showed that ^(18)F-FDG was performed with the uncorrected radiochemical yield about 55%and the total synthesis time about 25 min,^(18)F-FLTwas performed with the uncorrected radiochemical yield about 20%and the total synthesis time about 53 min.^(18)F-FLT is more specific than ^(18)F-FDG when differentiating tumor and inflammatory tissue.
