摘　　要：氟比洛芬酯属于非甾体类靶向镇痛药物,能够有效降低因外科手术治疗引起的疼痛,且相对传统非甾体类镇痛药物而言,具有见效快、持续时间长、不良反应少等优势。目前已被广泛应用于术后镇痛、癌性疼痛抑制中。且多数学者在研究中明确表示氟比洛芬酯对宫颈癌术后镇痛具有较好效果。本研究则从氟比洛芬酯药理作用研究入手,就氟比洛芬酯对宫颈癌术后镇痛效果的研究进展进行了综述,以加深对氟比洛芬酯临床应用价值的了解,更好指导宫颈癌术后镇痛实践。Flurbiprofen axetil is a non-steroidal targeted analgesic drug, which can effectively reduce the pain caused by surgical treatment, and compared with traditional non-steroidal analgesic drugs, it has quick effect, long duration and adverse reactions Less advantage. This study started with the research on the pharmacological effects of flurbiprofen axetil, and reviewed the research progress of flurbiprofen axetil on postoperative analgesia of cervical cancer, in order to deepen the understanding of the clinical application value of flurbiprofen axetil, and more Good guidance for postoperative analgesia practice for cervical cancer.
