乳胶丝工业热水浴废水净化初步研究

摘　　要：采用酸碱中和的方法,分阶段调控热水浴废水的pH值,利用中和反应过程中出现的可逆性"絮凝"现象,经砂滤、活性炭吸附和纳米反渗透膜(RO)过滤单元处理,对乳胶丝工业热水浴废水进行净化初步研究。研究发现:调控废水体pH>7后,废水体随着pH值的阶段性升高、逐步出现白色"絮凝"状沉淀物,废水体的TDS值与电导率降幅较大;砂滤对废水体TDS值与电导率去除几无影响,活性炭吸附具有一定效果;纳米反渗透膜(RO)过滤后、水体TDS值由1449 ppm降至58 ppm、去除率96.0%,电导率由1860.5μs·cm-1降至104.1μs·cm-1,去除率94.4%;处理后、热水浴废水的TDS值与电导率两项指标已接近本地区工业自来水对应指标,净化水体有望用作乳胶丝工厂锅炉循环水及热水浴源水。The Purification of natural rubber latex industry wastewater from hot water bath was studied in the rubber factory of Hainan State Farme, the wastewater was treated by acid-base neutralization method. Primary experiments results showed that the reversible "flocculation" phenomenon in the neutralization reaction process, The TDS value and electrical conductivity of the wastewater decreased greatly. Jingwei natural rubber latex company using the technological process of filtration with sand, activated carbon adsorption and nano reverse osmosis membrane(RO). the results showed that the TDS removal is 96.0 %, the conductivity is 94.4 % respectively. The treated wastewater quality is almost equal with local Industrial tap water in TDS and conductivity. It can be reused as source water of processes water and boiler feedwater.
