摘　　要：提高蒸汽品质,是维持热力设备安全经济运行的重要基础。针对给水品质不合格、锅炉运行压力、负荷波动、汽包水位等影响蒸汽品质的因素。动力部锅炉在运行期间,严格按照汽水质量控制指标,加强平稳操作,防止锅炉压力、液位、负荷大幅波动。设置在线汽水分析仪表,保障在负荷变化时及时调节加药量,保证汽水品质合格。To improve the quality of steam is an important basis to maintain the safe and economic operation of thermal equipment. In view of the unqualified feed water quality, boiler operating pressure, load fluctuation, drum water level and other factors affecting the quality of steam. During the operation of the boiler of the power department, it should strictly follow the quality control index of steam water, strengthen the stable operation, and prevent the boiler pressure, liquid level and load from fluctuating greatly. Set up online soda analysis instrument to ensure timely adjustment of dosage when load changes. Ensure that the quality of soda is up to standard.
