摘  要:根据国家标准与相关文献中磷的检测原理,本文研究了一个适用于钢铁合金及中低碳铬铁中磷含量的测定的更简便快速的检测方法,分别探讨了比色波长、显色时间、反应温度、酸度等因素对检测结果的影响,对检测条件进行了优化。在一定条件下,加入试剂后,不需要进行长时间的等待即可以直接对样品进行测定,可以节省大量时间。通过研究方法的准确性和稳定性,发现磷元素浓度在0~0.5μg/m L(非上限)范围内具有比较好的线性相关,且分析结果稳定可靠。According to the principle of phosphorus determination in national standards and related literature. A more simple and rapid method for the determination of phosphorus content that apply to steel alloy and medium and low carbon ferrochrome has been studied in this paper. The effects of colorimetric wavelength, reaction time, reaction temperature, acidity and other factors on the results were discussed respectively and the detection condition was improved. Under certain conditions, the reagent could be directly tested without long waiting time, which could save a lot of time. Through the accuracy and stability of the method, it was found that the concentration of phosphorus had a good linear correlation in the range of 0~0.5 g/mL(not limit), and the analysis results were stable and reliable.
