On World Language Pattern and its Enlightenment in the New Era

摘　　要：在全球一体化和“一带一路”倡议的新时代背景下,分析和研究世界语言格局及其发展变化,对于促进世界各国经济文化交流和民心相通,构建人类命运共同体具有重要的意义。分析世界语言体系和联合国六大工作语言分布及特点,探讨未来世界语言体系主要语言发展格局,最后从确定关键外语语种、提高汉语国际地位和影响力、融合语言本体和跨学科研究、构建和谐世界语言大家庭等方面提出一些建议。Under the background of the global integration, and the “One Belt & One Road” initiative, the analysis and study of the world language pattern and its development is of great significance, which will be promoting the economic and cultural exchanges, and the communication of all nations around the world. This paper first analyzes the distribution characteristics of the world language family and the six official languages of the United Nations. Then it discusses the developing trend of the world language system in the future. Finally, some suggestions and inspirations are put forward from the aspects of formulating language policies and plans, determining the key foreign languages, improving the international status and influence of Chinese, integrating language noumenon and out-of-noumenon research, and building a harmonious world language family.
