摘　　要：科技服务业是促进科技经济结合的关键环节和经济提质增效的重要引擎,已成为衡量一个地区经济发达程度和竞争力的重要指标。新形势下,发展科技服务业对推动自主创新、促进供给侧改革发展、培育新经济增长点都具有重要意义。文章指出当前发展科技服务业的必要性和重要性,分析了“十三五”期间江苏省科技服务业的总体发展态势,并指出了江苏省科技服务业在规模、品牌、竞争、人才4个维度存在的问题,在此基础上,提出了针对性的对策建议。Sci-tech service industry is a key link to promote the integration of science and technology and economy,and an important engine to improve the quality and efficiency of economy.It has become an important indicator to measure the degree of economic development and competitiveness of a region.Under the new situation,the development of sci-tech service industry is of great significance to promote independent innovation,boost supply-side reform,and cultivate new economic growth points.This paper points out the necessity and importance of developing the sci-tech service industry at present,analyzes the overall development trend of the sci-tech service industry in Jiangsu province during the“13th Five-Year Plan”period,and points out the existing problems of the sci-tech service industry in Jiangsu province in four dimensions of scale,brand,competition and talent.Based on the above,it further puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
