摘　　要：文章围绕西藏自治区科技计划项目特点及管理要求,按照立项—管理—成效的绩效管理逻辑框架,结合西藏自治区科技计划项目综合绩效评价相关指标,构建了一套西藏自治区科技计划绩效评价的指标体系,提出绩效评价方法。Based on the characteristics and management requirements of sci-tech planning projects in Tibet Autonomous Region,according to the logical framework of project establishment-management-performance management of effectiveness,and combining the relevant performance evaluation indexes of sci-tech planning projects in Tibet Autonomous Region,a set of performance evaluation index system of sci-tech planning projects in Tibet Autonomous Region is constructed,and the performance evaluation methods are proposed.
