摘　　要：基于2001—2017年中国稻谷主产区省级面板数据,实证分析农村劳动力价格对稻谷生产技术效率的影响及其“倒逼效应”和“累积效应”。研究发现,稻谷主产区平均生产技术效率较高,达到0.8385,但区域间发展不平衡;农村劳动力价格与稻谷生产技术效率之间存在显著的“倒U型”关系;由于农村劳动力价格上涨的“倒逼效应”,平原地区劳动力价格对稻谷生产技术效率的促进作用更强;由于农村劳动力价格上涨的“累积效应”,相比前期,后期累计形成的较高的劳动力价格对稻谷生产技术效率的促进作用减弱。在农村劳动力价格不断上涨的过程中,应重视其对粮食生产的影响,采取针对性措施提升粮食生产技术效率,保障粮食安全。Using 2001-2017 panel data of rice-producing areas of provincial level in China,we empirically analyze the influence of rural labor price on the technical efficiency of rice production,and reveal the reverse forcing and cumulative effects of rising rural labor prices.Results indicate that the average production technology efficiency in the dominant rice producing areas is pretty high,reaching 0.8385,but the development between regions is unbalanced.There is a significant inverted U-shaped relationship between rural labor price and rice production technology efficiency.Due to the reverse forcing effect of the rising rural labor price,the labor price in plains areas can promote the technical efficiency of rice production.Because of the cumulative effect of increasing rural labor price,the effect of excessive labor price on the technical efficiency is weakened compared with that of the previous period.In the process of rising rural labor price,we should pay attention to the influence of rising rural labor price on food production,and take targeted measures to improve the grain production technology efficiency and ensure food security.
