摘　　要：肝内胆管结石是一类复杂的肝胆系统疾病,因结石生长部位不同、结石数量不同、病程时间长短不同等导致此类疾病患者病情多样。外科治疗目前仍为最有效的治疗方式,但对于各类型肝内胆管结石采用何种手术方式尚无明确的规范指南,仍需进一步探讨。本文讨论各类型肝内胆管结石手术方式的进展及其优缺点,以为各类型肝内胆管结石患者制定个体化治疗方案提供些许帮助。Intrahepatic bile duct stones are a kind of complex diseases of the hepatobiliary system.Patients with these diseases have various conditions due to different growth sites of stones,different number of stones and different duration of disease.Surgical treat⁃ment is still the most effective way at present,but there are no clear guidelines for the surgical treatment of various types of intrahepatic bile duct stones,which still need to be further explored.This paper discusses the progress and advantages and disadvantages of different surgical methods for intrahepatic bile duct stones.
