热式气体流量计在三代核电厂通风系统中的应用

摘　　要：热式气体质量流量计因测量精度高、量程比宽、可靠性高、安装维护简单等优点而在国内外核电厂的气体流量测量中逐渐兴起。目前我国核电厂应用的热式质量流量计大多为国外品牌,存在采购周期长、价格昂贵、无法自主调校、运维依赖外企技术支持等问题。山东核电与国内专业核电仪控设备公司联合研发了一款分布式多探杆热式气体质量流量计,介绍了该国产化热式质量流量计的工作原理与功能模块,并详细分析了其技术优势,最后结合其在海阳AP1000核电厂通风系统中的应用进行了讨论。The thermal gas mass flowmeter is gradually rising in the gas flow measurement of nuclear power plants at home and abroad because of its high measurement accuracy,wide range ratio,high reliability,simple installation and maintenance.At present,most of the thermal mass flow meters used in nuclear power plants in China are foreign brands,which have some problems,such as long procurement cycle,high price,unable to adjust independently,and relying on foreign technical support for operation and maintenance.Shandong Nuclear Power and domestic professional nuclear power I&C equipment company jointly developed a distributed multi probe thermal gas mass flowmeter.Introduces the working principle and functional modules of the domestic thermal mass flowmeter,analyzes its technical advantages in detail,and finally discusses its application in the ventilation system of Haiyang AP1000 nuclear power plant.
