摘  要:110kV GIS开关设备的三工位开关在试运行中发生绝缘击穿,对三工位开关进行返厂解体检查,进行实验查找原因,发现绝缘击穿是由于现场安装时环境质量差,未及时更换该气室吸附剂导致气室进入金属异物和水分超标所致。改进现场安装过程管控,明确了安装环境质量、吸附剂更换时间工艺要求和质量过程控制、水分测量和局放检测的实验要求,通过工艺改进,现场重新安装处理后,送电成功。The insulation breakdown of three position switch of 110 kV GIS switchgear occurred during the trial operation.The three position switch was disassembled and inspected at the factory to find out the cause.It is found that the insulation breakdown is due to the poor environmental quality during the field installation,and the adsorbent of the gas chamber is not replaced in time,which leads to the metal foreign bodies and moisture exceeding the standard in the gas chamber.The process control of on-site installation was improved,and the process requirements of installation environment quality,adsorbent replacement time and quality process control,moisture measurement and partial discharge detection were defined.After process improvement and on-site re installation,the power transmission was successful.
