摘 要:目的探讨螺旋CT扫描后再进行多平面重建处理对腕舟骨骨折患者的诊断效果。方法选取2018年1月—2019年1月笔者医院收治的50例腕舟骨骨折患者按检查方式的不同分为2组,对照组患者给予X射线片检查,观察组患者给予螺旋CT扫描联合多平面重建技术检查,观察2种检查方式的腕舟骨骨折检出率以及骨折分型情况。结果观察组腕舟骨骨折检出率为98.00%,相较对照组的70.00%显著提高(P<0.05);观察组A型与B型总例数为49例,对照组为35例,2组比较,观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论螺旋CT扫描后再进行多平面重建处理,可清晰显示隐匿性骨折,其腕舟骨骨折检出率更高;同时还可明确骨折各种分型,对腕舟骨骨折患者的临床治疗起到有效的指导作用。Objective To discuss the diagnosis efficacy of spiral CT scanning plus multi-planar reformation(MPR)on diagnosis of scaphoid bone fracture.Methods 50 scaphoid bone fracture patients admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected and assigned to two groups according to different examination modes.The control group were given X-ray examination,the observation group were given the spiral CT scanning combined with MPR.Detection rate of scaphoid bone fracture and fracture classifications of the two methods were observed.Results Detection rate of scaphoid bone fracture in the observation group(98.00%)was significantly higher than that of control group(70.00%)(P<0.05).Overall cases of type A and type B in the observation group(45 cases)were significantly more than that of control group(35 cases)(P<0.05).Conclusion The spiral CT scanning combined with MPR can clearly show occult fracture,and define the fracture classifications,which play a guiding role in the treatment of scaphoid bone fracture.
