摘  要:对比分析了2种进口牌号聚烯烃弹性体(POE)产品(POE-A,POE-B)及自制产品(POE-C)的物理性能及分子结构。结果表明:3种产品的熔体流动速率、密度较为接近,POE-A拉伸断裂标称应变相对较高,硬度较低。3种产品相对分子质量分布均较窄,具有大量的无定形态结构,但仍然存在一定量的结晶结构;POE-A采用辛烯为共聚单体,POE-B及自制产品采用丁烯为共聚单体,共聚单体含量较高,支化度大于20/1000C。The physical properties and molecular structures of two imported polypropylene elastomer(POE)products(POE-A,POE-B)and self-made POE-C were compared and analyzed.The results show that the melt flow rate and density of the three products are close,and the nominal strain of POE-A tensile fracture is relatively high,and its hardness is relatively low.The molecular weight distribution of the three products is narrow with a large number of amorphous structures,but there is still a certain amount of crystal structure;POE-A uses octene as comonomer,and POE-B and POE-C use butene as comonomer,the comonomer content is high,and the degree of branching is more than 20/1000C.
