基于合作与引文网络的学术谱系职业传承研究

摘　　要：[目的/意义]旨在为挖掘科技人才成长规律及人才政策制定提供决策参考。[方法/过程]以遗传学领域谈家桢学术谱系作为研究对象构建学术谱系,对学者的科研合作与职业发展策略进行了深入研究。筛选和构建出谱系内分别以朱立煌、赵寿元、王洪海为核心的三个规模不同的学术分支网络,分别基于合作和引文网络对分支中的学者职业传承特征进行探究,并将该特征与学术影响力进行相关性分析。[结果/结论]随着谱系分支规模的逐渐减小,分支内的学者合作比例逐渐降低,非分支内的学者合作比例逐渐上升;随着谱系分支学者数量的增加,分支内的学者引用谱系外学者文献的比例增加,分支内引用学者与谱系外引用学者的平均PageRank值均有明显提升,即随着谱系规模的扩大,谱系内人员对于引文文献的质量要求逐渐提高。[Purpose/significance]The paper is to provide decision-making references for mining the growth law of scientific and technological talents and talent policy-making.[Method/process]The paper takes Tan Jiazhen’s academic pedigree in the field of genetics as the research object to construct the academic pedigree,and does research deeply on strategy of scientific research cooperation and career development of scholars.Also,the paper selects and constructs three academic branch networks of different sizes with Zhu Lihuang,Zhao Shouyuan and Wang Honghai as the core respectively,explores the characteristics of scholars career succession in the branches based on collaboration and citation networks respectively,and conducts the correlation analysis with academic influence.[Result/conclusion]The results show that as the size of genealogical branches decreases,the proportion of scholars collaborating within branches decreases and the proportion of scholars collaborating within non-branches increases.With the increase in the number of branch scholars,the proportion of academic literature cited by scholars within the branch is also increased,the average PageRank value of both the quoting scholars within the branch and the quotient outside the pedigree has increased significantly.That is to say,with the expansion of pedigree scale,the quality requirements of in pedigree scholars for citation literature will gradually increase.
