基于TAM对不同民族大学生使用数字化信息资源行为的实证研究

摘　　要：[目的/意义]旨在研究民族地区高校大学生使用数字信息资源行为意向的影响因素及不同民族大学生在使用行为上的差异。[方法/过程]基于技术接受模型,对国内外相关研究进行定性研究并在此基础上构建了民族地区高校大学生用户使用数字信息资源行为意愿模型并对此进行了结构方程路径分析,由以民族为分组变量对汉族大学生和蒙古族大学生两个群体进行了特定群体分析。[结果/结论]结果显示,感知有用性、屏幕设计、感知易用性、相关性、信息内容质量、自我效能等因素对汉族大学生使用数字资源有正向影响。而感知易用性、相关性、领域知识、自我效能感对蒙古族大学生的数字信息资源使用行为意向有显著的影响。[Purpose/significance]The paper intends to explore the influencing factors on behavioral intention of interracial university students’ usage of digital information resources and the differences between interracial university students’ usage behavior. [Method/process]Based on the Technology Acceptance Model(TAM) and qualitative analysis on the research works, the paper constructs a university students’ digital resources utilization behavioral model, carries out a path analysis with structural equation modeling, and makes a specific group analysis on university students belong to the Han ethnic group and Mongolian minority. [Result/conclusion]The result shows that factors including perceived usefulness, screen design, perceived ease of use, relevance, quality of information content, self-efficacy affect positively the Han ethnic group’ acceptance and usage intention of digital information system;while the perceived ease of use, relevance, domain knowledge and self-efficacy has a positive effect on Mongolian students’ usage of information system.
