公共图书馆和高校图书馆自媒体信息传播比较研究——基于微信公众平台的信息发布调查

摘　　要：[目的/意义]旨在为公共图书馆和高校图书馆自媒体运营提供参考。[方法/过程]结合python爬虫框架,利用HTTP调试抓包工具采集微信公众平台发布信息的相关指标,从定量角度开展了微信公众平台信息传播比较研究。[结果/结论]提出了利用信息传播指数(WICI)来衡量微信公众平台中推送信息的传播效果,并分析了公共图书馆与高校图书馆高传播指数文章的特征:高校图书馆自媒体传播最受欢迎的是官方的通知公告以及具有文艺气质的文章,而公共图书馆自媒体传播最受欢迎的是追随热点、有趣、励志的、情感类文章。[Purpose/significance]The paper aims to provide references for operation of We-Media in public libraries and university libraries.[Method/process]Based on the Python Crawler Framework,the paper collects relevant indicators of the information released by the WeChat public platform with HTTP packet capture tool,and carries out a comparative study of information on WeChat public platforms from a quantitative perspective.[Result/conclusion]The Information Communication Index(WICI)is proposed to measure the communication effect of push information on the WeChat public platform,and the characteristics of high communication index articles in public libraries and university libraries are analyzed.Official notice and announcement and literary articles are the most popular in We-Media dissemination of university libraries,while hot following,interesting,affectionate,inspirational articles are the most popular in We-Media dissemination of public libraries.
