摘  要:2-膦酸丁烷-1,2,4-三羧酸(PBTCA)是一种耐高温、耐氧化、耐氯的低磷缓蚀阻垢剂。现有工艺采用高温蒸汽水解生产PBTCA,水解时间在24小时以上,能耗高。本文采用低压水解法制备PBTCA,研究了反应温度、反应压力、水酯质量比和反应时间对水解反应的影响。结果表明,反应温度为130℃,反应压力为0.5~0.60 MPa,水酯质量比1.9,反应6小时,2-膦酸丁烷-1,2,4-五甲酯转化率为100%。最后得到一种浅黄色透明液体,即为PBTCA。经磷谱检测,产品质量分数在93%以上。2-phosphonobutane-1,2,4-tricarboxylic acid(PBTCA) is a kind of low-phosphorus corrosion and scale inhibitor with good high temperature resistance, oxidation resistance and chlorine resistance. The existing process uses high temperature steam hydrolysis to produce PBTCA, the hydrolysis time is more than 24 hours, and the energy consumption is high. In this paper, PBTCA was prepared by low-pressure hydrolysis. The effects of reaction temperature, reaction pressure, mass ratio of water to ester and reaction time on the hydrolysis reaction were studied. The results showed that the conversion of butane-1,2,4-pentamethyl-2-phosphonate was 100 % when the reaction temperature was 130 ℃, the reaction pressure was 0.5~0.60 MPa, the mass ratio of water to ester was 1.9, and the reaction time was 6 hours. Finally, PBTCA, a light yellow transparent liquid, was obtained. The mass fraction of the product was over 93 % by phosphorus spectrum.
