摘 要:对于污泥中重金属难以去除的问题,本文开展了电动淋洗单因素实验,采用草酸和醋酸作为电动淋洗液调控阴极pH的方法对污泥电动淋洗去除重金属效果进行了探究。阐明了电动淋洗前后重金属形态转化的规律,Cd、Cu的形态由较稳定的残渣态转变为迁移性较高的可交换态、铁锰氧化物结合态等,重金属形态的转变有利于其与污泥的解吸。添加草酸调控阴极pH后Cd、Cu的去除率由11.90 wt.%、12.3 wt.%提高到了33.17 wt.%和28.82 wt.%,使用柠檬酸作为添加剂后Cd、Cu的去除率分别达到了75.50 wt.%、63.23 wt.%。Heavy metals in sludge are difficult to remove. This research carried out single-factor experiment of electrokinetic remediation to remove heavy metal from sludge. Oxalic acid and Acetic acid were added to control the pH of the cathode side, and the effect of electrokinetic remediation removal heavy metals was investigated. The mechanism of heavy metal distribution and transformation before and after electrokinetic remediation were clarified. The results indicated that the state of Cd and Cu changed from a relatively stable residual to exchangeable and oxidizable state with higher mobility. The state transformation of heavy metals was beneficial to desorption from sludge. After adding oxalic acid to adjust the cathode pH, the removal rate of Cd and Cu increased from 11.90 % and 12.3 wt.% to33.17 wt.% and 28.82 wt.%. And the removal rate of Cd and Cu reached 75.50 wt.% and 63.23 wt.% after using citric acid as an additive.
