摘 要:纺织染整废水水质因产品及其生产工艺而异。本工程处理对象为化纤织物、混纺织物的生产废水,具有SS、CODCr、色度等指标浓度高的特点。对其采用"格栅+初次沉淀+冷却+水解酸化+生物接触氧化+二次沉淀+混凝沉淀"组合工艺处理,设计出水水质满足《纺织染整工业水污染物排放标准》(GB4287-2012)间接排放标准限值要求。The quality of dyeing-finishing wastewater varys depending on the product and the production process. The wastewater treated in this project is from production of chemical fiber fabrics and blended fabrics. It has the characteristics of high concentration of indicators,such as SS, CODCr, chroma. The combined process of "Screen + Primary sedimentation + Cooling + Hydrolytic acidification + Biological contact oxidation + Secondary sedimentation +Coagulation sedimentation" is adopted to treat the wastewater. The designed effluent quality meets the indirect emission standard of "Discharge standards of water pollutants for dyeing and finishing of textile industry"(GB 4287-2012).
