环丁砜抽提“两头一尾”工艺路线在惠州石化芳烃抽提联合装置应用

摘　　要：本文介绍了环丁砜抽提"两头一尾工艺路线"在中海油惠州石化有限公司35+70万吨/年芳烃抽提联合装置的应用。装置标定结果表明苯产品纯度为99.98%,甲苯产品纯度为99.97%其中A列抽提苯产品回收率为99.9%B列抽提苯回收率为99.6%满足工艺指标要求。此外还对装置运转过程中的热点及难点问题进行分析判断并逐一解决。This paper introduces the application of sulfolane extraction "two ends one tail process" in the 350,000+700,000 ton/year Aromatics Extraction United Unit of CNOOC Huizhou Petrochemical Co., Ltd. The calibration results show that the purity of benzene products is 99.98 %, and the purity of toluene products is 99.97 %.The percent recovery of benzene from extraction unit A is 99.9 %, and the percent recovery of benzene from extraction unit B is 99.6 %, they meet the requirements of process indexes, In addition, the hot and difficult problems in the operation of the plant are analyzed and judged and solved one by one.
