地表水水质自动监测站运行维护及管理

摘　　要：近些年来,随着社会科技水平的不断发展,我国的地表水质也逐渐实现了自动化的数据监测,并展现出了高效且显著地监测成果。自2000年起,我国到目前为止已经经历了4个5年计划,并且在长江、太湖以及松花江等地区实现了重点断面的水质监测并启动了自动监测功能,也完成了对国土河流、大型湖泊,沿海诸河、西南诸河等地的水质监测。与此同时,我国各地区、各省市也根据自身在实际发展过程中的具体状况而开展了水质自动监测站的建设,所以为进一步地完善我国地表水质的监测网络,我国对于地表水的考核也提出了对主要指标连续监测的要求,即水温、pH、溶解氧、电导率、总磷、总氮等。本文根据当前水质自动监测过程中所出现的维护以及管理问题,结合当前的新变革与新要求,对今后水质自动监测中如何保证监测数据的有效性提出建议。In recent years, with the continuous development of social science and technology, China’s surface water quality has gradually realized automatic data monitoring, and has shown efficient and significant monitoring results. Since 2000, China has experienced four five-year plans, and water quality monitoring in key sections of the Yangtze River, Taihu Lake and Songhua River has been implemented and automatic monitoring function has been launched. Water quality monitoring in national rivers, large lakes, coastal rivers, and rivers in southwest China has also been completed. At the same time, China’s various regions and cities also according to their own specific conditions in the actual development process in the construction of the automatic water quality monitoring stations, so as to further improve the surface water quality monitoring network in our country, the assessment of surface water also puts forward the main indicators of the requirements of continuous monitoring, water temperature, pH, dissolved oxygen, conductivity, total phosphorus, total nitrogen, etc. Based on the current maintenance and management problems in the process of automatic monitoring of water quality, this paper proposes some suggestions on how to ensure the validity of monitoring data in the process of automatic monitoring of water quality in the future, combining with the current new changes and new requirements.
