单组分常温自交联醇酸环氧改性FEVE涂层的制备

摘  要:本文以FEVE全氟树脂,亚麻油酸、环氧树脂E-20等作为主要原料,制备一种新型的环氧醇酸改性的FEVE树脂。通过对涂膜的性能研究表明:改性后涂膜的干燥速度明显加快,在24 h内都能达到表干,36 h达到实干;当FEVE含量达到15%以上时,最快可以在24 h内实干。改性后的漆膜的耐性指标都比较优异,当FEVE含量达到18%时,涂膜的早期耐水性可以达到72 h,在5%NaCl和5%H2SO4溶液中浸泡72 h不起泡,在5%Na OH溶液中浸泡36 h不起泡。此外,涂膜的的力学性能也较佳。This paper prepares a new type of epoxy alcohol-modified Feve resin as a primary raw material as a main raw material in Feve Perfluorine resin,linoleic acid, epoxy resin E-20. Through the performance study of the coating film, the drying speed of the coating film after modification is significantly accelerated,and the table can be reached in 24 hours, and the 36 h reaches the rest;when the Feve content reaches 15 %, it can be trifted within 24 hours. The resistance indicators of the modified lacquer film are excellent. When the Feve content reaches 18 %, the coating film soaked in 5 % NaCl and 5 % H2 SO4 solution does not afford it, soaked in 5 % NaOH solution 36 h does not afford it.. In addition, the mechanical properties of the coating film are also better.
