摘 要:电化学发光分析中,鲁米诺试剂因其具有价格低廉、易于合成、量子产率高等优点得到了研究者的广泛关注,以鲁米诺为发光试剂合成发光多功能化纳米材料受到许多分析化学工作者的关注。本文基于聚苯胺良好的导电性及草酸钴对鲁米诺电化学发光信号的增强或放大作用,合成了具有稳定电化学发光信号的发光功能化聚(苯胺-鲁米诺)/草酸钴纳米复合材料。通过系列表征,研究了聚苯胺-鲁米诺-草酸钴纳米复合材料的形貌、表面化学组成及电化学发光性能。In recent years, organic electrochemiluminescence(ECL) reagents represented by luminol have been widely concerned by researchers because of their low cost and easy synthesis. The synthesis of luminescent multifunctional nanomaterials using luminol as ECL reagent is a hot topic at present. In this paper,based on the good conductivity of polyaniline and the enhancement or amplification of luminol ECL signal by cobalt oxalate, a luminescent functional material poly(anline-luminol)-CoC2O4 with stable ECL signal was synthesized. Through a series of characterization, the morphology, surface chemical composition and ECL properties of poly(anline-luminol)-CoC2O4 nanocomposites were studied.
