摘 要:为解决一些聚合物不易染色的问题,本文提供了一种溶剂诱导的溶胀改性法来改善其可染性。用亚甲基蓝(MB)对聚丙烯腈(PAN)进行染色实验,染色过程在其良溶剂N,N-二甲基甲酰胺与不良溶剂水的混合溶液中进行。研究了溶胀温度和良溶剂浓度对染色性能的影响,通过XRD,SEM,拉伸强度仪来表征膜的物化性质。结果表明:溶胀改性在不破坏膜基质的前提下显著改善了染色性能,且溶胀温度越高,浓度越大,染色性能越好,上染率及K/S值最大分别达到了73.4%和12.35,并且在色牢度测试中表现出良好的色牢度。To solve the problem that some polymers are not easy to dye, a solvent-induced swelling modification method was provided to improve its dyeability in this paper. The dyeing experiment of polyacrylonitrile(PAN) with methylene blue(MB) was carried out in a mixed solution of the good solvent N, N dimethylformamide and the nonsolvent H2 O. The effects of swelling temperature and solvent concentration on dyeing performance were investigated, and the physical and chemical properties of the membrane were characterized by XRD, SEM, and tensile strength measurement. The results show that: The swelling modification significantly improves the dyeing performance without damaging the membrane matrix, and the dyeing performance increase with an increase in the good solvent concentration and temperature. The maximum dye uptake and K/S value can reach 73.4 % and 12.35, respectively, and show good color fastness in the color fastness test.
