摘 要:本文旨在获得高纯度的氦气,通过对杂质组分的分析,确定了分子筛去除水分、低温活性炭吸附氧气联合应用的净化方法。针对分子筛除水和低温活性炭吸附氧气,分别开展了吸附压力、吸附柱高径比、空速等影响因素研究。结果表明:分子筛除水的最优化条件是:吸附压力为0.2 Mpa,径高比为1∶5,空速为10 min^(-1)。通过以上方法联合应用可将氦气中的水分和氧气杂质均降低到1 ppmv以下。The purpose of this paper is to obtain high purity helium. Through the analysis of impurity components, the purification method of molecular sieve to remove water and low temperature activated carbon to adsorb oxygen is determined. In order to remove water by molecular sieve and adsorb oxygen by low temperature activated carbon, the influence factors of adsorption pressure, height diameter ratio of adsorption column and space velocity were studied. The results show that the optimal conditions for water removal are as follows: adsorption pressure is 0.2 MPa, diameter to height ratio is 1∶5, space velocity is 10 min^(-1). The moisture and oxygen impurities in helium can be reduced to less than 1 ppmv by the combined application of the above methods.
